Counter workflow
Open a shift, create or select an unpaid order, record cash or card payment, then follow preparation and collection. Use Active, Completed and Cancelled to find the right order.
Table workflow
Across Core, Flow, Pro and Custom locations, subject to effective limits, use Tables to send rounds before payment, add later rounds, move unpaid orders and settle the remaining balance. Read table service first.
