Compare Core, Flow and Pro capacity, staff limits and location add-ons.
The selected location's Plan and add-ons is authoritative, including negotiated overrides and existing agreements. Branches can use different tiers and renewal deadlines. Device, station and active POS staff limits are per location; the managed location allowance is business-wide.

Inactive or archived staff keep their history and do not use an active staff place. Owner dashboard accounts are not the POS staff allowance. Printer counts are connection limits, not included physical hardware.
Optional modules
Stock & Recipes is a paid location module, currently 999 MKD/month in new modular agreements. Purchasing is another 999 MKD and requires Stock & Recipes. Existing agreements retain their agreed terms; neither module is automatically included just because a location uses Pro. Activity Alerts is a separate managed add-on.

Choose by workflow
Core fits a cashier counter and optional manually handled table bills. Flow adds customer QR, routed preparation and Pickup. Pro adds register/staff/station/printer capacity and specific advanced sales reports. A second branch does not automatically require Custom.
