Location renewal and expired access
Understand separate location deadlines and what remains available after expiry.
Each location can have its own tier, paid period and renewal deadline. Check the selected location in Plan and usage; renewing one branch does not automatically renew the others.
Trial and renewal
New locations have a bounded 14-day trial. Paid locations have a seven-day grace period after the renewal deadline. Use the renewal contact shown in Admin to arrange the locations and period covered. The current flow is assisted renewal, not online checkout or automatic charging.
After access expires
- New orders, new shifts, device pairing/reactivation and configuration changes are blocked.
- Existing orders can still be settled and already-open shifts can be reconciled and closed.
- Owners and administrators retain read-only records, settings, stock history, analytics and exports allowed by the plan.
- New stock changes, suppliers and purchase drafts are blocked. Previously ordered purchases can still be received or cancelled.
Expiry does not delete records or automatically unpair terminals. Organization suspension or cancellation can also restrict access.
Continue safely
After renewal, confirm the location and active plan before resuming new work. A renewal prompt is not permission to bypass server restrictions. Read plans and capabilities and supplier purchasing.
