Preparation overview
Know when station work starts for counter, QR and table orders.
Preparation stations group items by work area. Each active, entitled station sees only its assigned items, quantities, options and notes.
When work begins
- Counter and customer QR: after successful payment confirmation.
- Staff table service: when each round is sent, before payment. Later rounds send only new items.
Station tasks and configured thermal tickets are created once for each eligible submission. Staff start work and mark it ready. The order becomes ready when all required station work is ready.
Handover
Counter/QR orders can be shown on the entitled Pickup display and completed as collected. Table orders also require balance settlement; preparation completion alone does not mean paid.
