Preparing orders and handing them over
Start station tasks, mark ready and finish the correct handoff.
At the station
- Sign in to the correct active station.
- Find the order or table round by number.
- Review quantities, options, table label and notes.
- Select Start when preparation begins.
- Select Mark ready when all items on that station's task are done.
Every required station must finish before the whole order is ready. A later table round creates new work; do not prepare an earlier round twice.
Counter and QR pickup
The cashier can select Show for an entitled Pickup screen. After physically handing over the order, select Complete to record collection.
Table service
Finish station work normally. Payment is separate and handled in Tables. An unpaid table balance must be settled even if preparation is complete.
