Preparation stations and printer routing

Configure stations

1. In Admin → Stations, create a clearly named station.
2. Add a 4–8 digit station PIN if direct station access is used.
3. Keep the station active and assign its staff.
4. In Menu, choose the intended default station for each product.

Products without an eligible station do not create work at an unavailable station. For restaurant service, check routing for every sellable product before opening.

Configure printing

Printer ownership lives in the paired Windows terminal.

1. Open Rendo POS → Settings → Thermal printers.
2. Add a Windows USB queue or LAN printer.
3. Print a local test ticket.
4. Assign Customer receipt and each entitled station destination.
5. Save and test an order containing items for every station.
