Organizations, locations and devices
Keep each venue's settings, team and terminal access in the right workspace.
Organization and location
An organization holds the business identity and access. Each location holds its own menu, staff, stations, tables, ordering settings and operational records, and can have a separate tier and renewal deadline. POS and station limits are per location; renewing one location does not renew the others. See renewal and access.
Always verify the selected location before editing or pairing. Authorized administrators can add locations within effective plan limits. A new location starts with an empty menu and customer QR ordering closed.
Devices
Create a connection code in Admin → Devices and enter it in the intended Windows terminal. It expires after ten minutes and can be used once. Confirm the resulting business and location before service.
- Suspend: temporarily stop terminal access.
- Reactivate: restore access when allowed.
- Disconnect: revoke the credential; connecting again requires a new code.
Stations and capacity
Stations represent work areas such as Kitchen or Bar. Product routes and staff assignment must reference the intended active station. Device, station, table and printer limits depend on effective entitlements, including negotiated overrides.
