Rendo is an operating system for venue orders and daily operations.
The parts of Rendo
- Rendo POS: the Windows cashier application and local hardware bridge.
- Cashier: counter orders, payments and collection.
- Tables: staff-created rounds, preparation before payment and balance settlement on entitled plans.
- QR ordering: customer self-ordering with payment at the cashier.
- Preparation stations: work routed to Kitchen, Bar or other stations.
- Pickup: ready order numbers for customer collection.
- Admin: locations, menu, stock, staff, devices, shifts and reports.
Two order journeys
On Flow/Pro, counter and customer QR orders route to preparation after payment; staff table rounds route when sent. Core has no station routing: counter orders complete on payment, while optional table bills remain open until settled and preparation instructions are handed off manually.
