Reporting, PDF exports and analytics
Check collected sales, select the allowed report period and save or share a report.
Orders and shifts
Operations History groups orders by operating day. Admin Shifts can be filtered by date, staff and status. Shift details show cash, tender totals, movements, differences, approvals and print state.
A partial table payment belongs to the collecting register/shift, not necessarily the creator. Prepared but unpaid is not collected revenue.
Sales analytics
- Core: up to seven days, without analytics exports.
- Flow: up to seven days, with CSV export.
- Pro: up to 90 days, hourly/category/product breakdowns, CSV and PDF.
- Custom: the selected location's agreed capabilities.
Choose the location and allowed period before comparing sales, cash/card totals, order count and average ticket. Stock reports require the location's Stock & Recipes access. Check plans and modules rather than assuming every panel is included.
Save or share a PDF
Where PDF export is included, open Export and wait for the report to prepare. Choose Download PDF, or Save or share where the browser supports it. On iPhone, choose Save to Files in the share sheet. The dashboard stays open; a separate print-browser page is not required.
If sharing is unavailable or cancelled, download the file instead. Check its location, date range, currency and totals before sending it. Exports contain business data: share only with an authorized recipient.
