Payments and fiscal receipts
Use the configured counter receipt flow and handle unavailable or uncertain fiscal output safely.
Counter and customer QR payments
- Review the unpaid order, items and total in the cashier.
- Select cash or card and complete the actual collection/payment-terminal step.
- For an accepted, activated register, choose Yes to request a Rendo fiscal receipt; otherwise follow the venue-approved separate process and use No only as appropriate.
- Wait for confirmed fiscal success before treating a fiscal-requested order as paid.
- Reconcile Rendo payments with fiscal and card-terminal records.
Yes is available only when the paired Windows register reports fiscal readiness. Local configuration, a connection diagnostic, a controlled physical test receipt and authorized activation are required. Changed configuration revokes activation. Ask the installer if the option is unavailable; do not bypass readiness checks.
No confirms payment without requesting a Rendo fiscal receipt and can queue thermal tickets. It does not remove fiscal obligations or prove a fiscal document exists.
Table payments
Direct table fiscalization remains unavailable. Settle actual cash/card amounts using the table workflow and the venue's separately approved fiscal process. Do not recreate a table bill as a counter sale to get around this boundary.
Existing fiscal work
Queued, processing or uncertain work must stay with its original order and assigned register. Preserve the order number, amount, time and device. Do not cancel, switch tender or submit a second payment to bypass it.
