Fiscal statuses and uncertain results
Read stored fiscal states and avoid duplicate physical receipts.
These states apply to guarded fiscal work on a configured register. A software status must be reconciled with the physical device; it does not certify legal compliance.
| Status | Meaning and safe response |
|---|---|
| Queued | Waiting for the assigned device. Check connectivity; do not submit another payment. |
| Processing | The device may be handling the request. Wait and preserve the original attempt. |
| Printed | The job records confirmed success. Compare with the physical document. |
| Failed | A definite failure is recorded. Correct the fault and verify no document exists before any approved retry. |
| Uncertain | The device may have printed without confirming. Stop and inspect physical output. |
Escalate
Record the order number, time, amount, device and exact message. Ask the manager and authorized technician to inspect the last receipt and local journal. Use only a recovery procedure approved for that release and device.
