Thermal printers and network basics
Configure USB or LAN printers and verify every ticket route.
Printer settings belong to the paired Windows terminal, not browser Admin.
Windows USB
Install the manufacturer's driver and verify the Windows queue. In Rendo POS → Settings → Thermal printers, select that queue, choose the installed paper width and print a test. Assign the customer or entitled station destination.
LAN
Connect terminal and printer to the approved venue network. Ask the installer for a fixed/reserved IP and listening port. Add that address and port in Rendo POS, choose 58 mm or 80 mm as installed, test and save the route.
Test service output
Test quantities, options, notes and every station. Verify order/table number, text, total, width, cut and physical destination. For tables, test new rounds, corrections, transfers and final settlement. These are operational tickets, not fiscal receipts.
